Terms and Conditions:
1. Competition Overview
1.1 The event will take place in Zlatibor – Serbia from April 4th to 14th, 2025, and will feature 25 sports including 4 para sports for students born between 2010-2016.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Participants must not be beginners in their chosen sport.
2.2 A record of participation in local or international competitions with the national team, school, or club is required.
2.3 Participants may compete in multiple sports unless otherwise specified.
3. Registration and Fees
3.1 Non-refundable registration fee: 5 BHD (payable via the “Tathaker” app).
3.2 Total participation fee: 850 BHD (includes registration fee deducted from the total amount)
3.3 Fee breakdown:
– The participation fee includes flights, accommodations, three daily meals, local transportation, travel insurance, ISF levies and supervision fees.
– Visa fees are not included. Participants are responsible for obtaining their own visas if required.
– Personal spending must be covered by the Athletes.
3.4 Payment deadlines:
– 50% deposit: January 20, 2025 (Monday)
– Balance payment: February 20, 2025 (Thursday)
Note: Failure to meet payment deadlines will result in forfeiture of the participant’s spot.
4. Selection Process
4.1 The selection and filtration process will be announced later.
5. Parental Responsibility
5.1 Parents/guardians must ensure that the participant is in good physical and mental health to compete. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed during registration.
6. Acceptance of Terms
6.1 By registering and paying the required fees, parents/guardians confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

١. نظرة عامة عن المنافسة
١.١ ستقام الفعالية في زلاتيبور – صربيا خلال الفترة من ٤ إلى ١٤ أبريل ٢٠٢٥، وستتضمن ٢٥ رياضة بما في ذلك ٤ رياضات لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة للطلاب المولودين بين عامي ٢٠١٠ و٢٠١٦.
٢. الأهلية
٢.١ يجب ألا يكون المشاركون مبتدئين في الرياضة التي يختارونها.
٢.٢ يشترط وجود سجل للمشاركة في مسابقات محلية أو دولية مع الفريق الوطني أو المدرسة أو النادي.
٢.٣ يمكن للمشاركين التنافس في أكثر من رياضة إلا إذا تم تحديد غير ذلك.
٣. التسجيل والرسوم
٣.١ رسوم التسجيل غير قابلة للاسترداد: ٥ دينار بحريني (تدفع عبر تطبيق “تذاكر”).
٣.٢ إجمالي رسوم المشاركة: ٨٥٠ دينار بحريني (تشمل رسوم التسجيل التي تُخصم من المبلغ الإجمالي).
٣.٣ تفاصيل الرسوم:
– تشمل رسوم المشاركة: تذاكر الطيران، الإقامة، ثلاث وجبات يوميًا، النقل المحلي، التأمين على السفر، رسوم الاتحاد الدولي للرياضات المدرسية (ISF) والرسوم الاشرافية.
– لا تشمل الرسوم تكاليف التأشيرة. يتحمل المشاركون مسؤولية الحصول على تأشيراتهم إذا لزم الأمر.
– المصاريف الشخصية تكون على عاتق الرياضيين.
٣.٤ مواعيد الدفع:
– دفعة مقدمة بنسبة ٥٠٪: ٢٠ يناير ٢٠٢٥ (الاثنين).
– دفع الرصيد المتبقي: ٢٠ فبراير ٢٠٢٥ (الخميس).
ملاحظة: عدم الالتزام بمواعيد الدفع يؤدي إلى فقدان مكان المشارك.
٤. عملية الاختيار
٤.١ سيتم الإعلان عن عملية الاختيار والتصفية لاحقًا.
٥. مسؤولية أولياء الأمور
٥.١ يجب على أولياء الأمور أو الأوصياء التأكد من أن المشارك يتمتع بصحة بدنية ونفسية جيدة للتنافس. يجب الإفصاح عن أي حالات طبية موجودة مسبقًا أثناء التسجيل.
٦. قبول الشروط
٦.١ من خلال التسجيل ودفع الرسوم المطلوبة، يؤكد أولياء الأمور/الأوصياء أنهم قد قرأوا وفهموا ويوافقون على هذه الشروط والأحكام.
